Some Bullets.

• I love the Old Testament. For real.
• I love David's story. He is a human. He had super highs with God and super lows. I love watching him run back to God.
• I treat food the wrong way. It comforts me. And sadly I have let food take God's place in parts of my life. Ugh. Instead of turning to the Bible for comfort, and prayer, I turn to food. And I stuff myself so full it hurts, which makes me feel comforted. Realizing this has been hard.
• Jared's parents are moving to Arizona. This is bittersweet because our relationship is like the parental relationship I've never had. No nagging. Big time respect. No guilting. Being open and communicative. Gently calling out faults. And randomly giving gifts to each other just because. I love them. So much. And since I have never been on a plane, going to visit will be fun and exciting.
• Jared got a bike.....................yeah. Two funny things about this. The second time he took it out to ride, he ran out of gas and had to push it a mile up the road. {this is not a light bike.} And, a cat has peed on the cover. Jared accidentally touched it. Hehe.
• I have always loved cooking, but this past week I decided that we were going to have four completely new to us meals. And with as many fresh ingredients as possible. As I am writing this, I cannot wait to get down to start cooking. It is slowly turning into a passion.
• Just finished Sacred Marriage. I really would recommend it to anyone in a relationship, on the way to marriage, and of course married couples. It was really challenging, and funny.

That's all. And a pretty image of our porch in the Fall. Time to redo it for Spring!
